Kind of like a puppet and I guess that was the intent but guess thats how all presidents are they are just puppets of another evil, but anyways nice art here nice animation and funny joke, the voice is hard to hear, so I would suggest adding some subtitles for extra measure.

So very true...
I didn't quite get all he said because sound quality was rather bad but a nice flash on the whole
