...it needs more to-the-point humor, better voices, and backgrounds. And a story. But if this was a trial flash, it was ok. Your next project needs a lot more work put into it though.

Here are some things you need

voices need to be fixed/made louder/more enthusiastic
Tino should go on an adventure or something....that involves a skeleton, a pirate, and uhhh, a evil monkey wizard
also when tom steals the gold tino should pulll out a shot gun of some sort and shoot him in the head, or something to that degree.
you could have them burried alive by the gold, or maybe you just have them all catch on fire for no reason. That's allways funny.OH, and have a monkey break dancing in the backround.
