This is definately my most emotional episode to date. If you have not seen part 3 DO NOT watch part 4! I recommend you watch all of them but part 3 is a must! I hope you guys enjoy this one.

Aw man.

Poor Cyan and Lola. The guy never seems to catch a break. First his wife and kid and now Lola. Once Cyan finds Kefka there will be hell to pay. I also like the follow up for Locke and his brother and while this seemed to slow the overall story down a bit we did get to see two more characters in Sabin and Gau. Good stuff so far. Good use of music too.

Vinstigator responds:

Yeah Cyan has had a tough life. Hopefully things will start turning around for him...

I've seen the series before, and I still like it.

However, now that I've actually played through the game, I have to wonder why they didn't heal using potions, and raise people with Pheonix downs. I made sure I was maxed on everything before I took Kefka on. why didn't they?

Vinstigator responds:

Phoenix downs only work on people who are KOed. They do not work on people who are actually killed. A lot of characters were killed in the original FFVI. Remember the poisoning of Doma? They were all murdered by Kefka and could not be brought back to life. Same thing applies to "The Day After". Anyway hope that answered your question.

great movie

nicly done, my favorite one so far. the story line is great. i can't wait to watch the next one.

Vinstigator responds:

Thanks! This episode is actually one of my personal favorites as well.

...

Kefka should NEVER HAVE LEFT THE BLACK SHROUD OF DEATH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
If I could, I go in there and kill him my self!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!...very emotional...you did a very good job on this...

Vinstigator responds:

Thank you :)

Oh god... *sniffle*

I started crying when I heard the piano version of Rachel's Theme playing as Locke found out about Adam's death. I think the tune is from the Potion #1 album; it was so appropriate.

Vinstigator responds:

Yes it even almost brought a tear to my eye... and I'm the director/animator here! Wait until you see part 15, it has a lot of "will make you cry" scenes as well.
