I give you a 5 on Graphics out of niceness, because my first thought when it started was: "Wow, that's some clean visuals and animation." I give you 5 for the compelling music; considering that nothing happens at all.
I give you a 1 on humor, because of the laughs you presumably had, when imagining how people would sit there dumbfoundedly, waiting for something, ANYTHING to happen.
And yes, I give you a big fat zero overall for letting my insecure self now feel like a complete naive fuck for having taken the time for it.
If you can make smooth animation, that's really swell. If you can't make a movie out of that animation, then go make screensavers.

The Smoothest movie on newgrounds? DUDE the thing doesn't even do $H..T.. If nods his head WOW.. I'm sure it took a master set of skills to nod a head along with really annoying music, didn't it... I'm out i wasted enough time.
