It's there. Unfortunately in the last half decade or so, due to security concerns, most browsers are starting to drop compatibility for .swf Flash files, or they're configured to block them by default, so your browser might not be able to play it. Not sure which browser you're using but Chrome, Opera, and I believe Firefox all need to be told to explicitly allow Flash content on every page you try to access it on, like so on Chrome: https://i.imgur.com/TzCXZSo.png Most videos on Newgrounds now seem to be mp4 videos, similar to YouTube, and modern browsers support it.
