The war for Texas Tea (?)

Bush doesn't "get shit done", and his entire administration has, since 9/11, thrived on instilling fear in the hearts of the [generally] ignorant American public. I won't get into what he's done to the economy, but apparently, Clinton's surplus and the creation of thousands of jobs is worse than a tre-fucking-mendous deficit and unemployment. Clinton was far from a saint, and there were a lot of things that his administration did that went unnoticed by the media, but if I had to pick between two evils, I'd go with the one that put money into my pocket and didn't go witch hunting for the opposing party's foibles. The amount of things the media covered during Clinton's administration is shocking when compared to what's being said now about our "great leader", George W. Bush--which is, generally nothing. Nothing NEGATIVE, anyway...

Fun cartoon. The renegades Saddam and Osama goofing off in the background made for subtle commentary. Bring our girls and boys home, is what I say. They don't deserve the crap they've been dealt.

Too true. I like your perspective. When does the revolution begin?

Good Stuff, Funny And True

god that was good, shows how a nation could be so blind to let a maniac rule their country! and to xal! dude! this wasnt made about clinton now was it? it was made about bush! and he madness, if you so *ucked off by this go and make one complaining about bush, but i can tell you, no one will care.

well...

The animation is good..but that's about all I'm going to say about this.

wtf?

this is total crap....
how come i didnt hear the news media attack clinton when he sold top secrect missle documents to china for campain funding?
or how come i didnt hear the news slander clinton when he pardoned over 100 criminals and convicts and wanted men for $money in his last 5 minutes of office?
why didnt the news scream that clinton was a liar? when he said he there was a surplus?
why did the news not show how incompetent clinton was by how much time he wasted using his presidental power to watch almost every movie released in his private movie theatre?
why are the news media not blamming clinton for the recession, it started 2 weeks before he left office..
why are the news media not showing clinton responsible for the higher gas prices from his bill for cleaner air that added 70 cents to gas in some states
why are they not attacking him for all the terrorist attacks that happened during his term, which he never did anything about?
its all bullshit...
you would rather have slick talking wiley, than a man who gets shit done..

dj1 responds:

I'm a registered Republican (voted for Reagan) and had no illusions about the hypocrasy of the Clinton administration. But unlike the American public who salivates when you wave the flag and doesn't understand the rug is being pulled from under them, I think you're doing a diservice to the spirit of the U.S. if you don't question what's going on and why our soldiers are sitting in the middle of a shooting gallery. The point of the toon is to make you think and just maybe make you feel uncomfortable. On that end, I'll give myself a 10.

Yawn

Grow up, Good Animation though.
