Well now, I believe I have seen several animations like this before, namely one called "Asshole" (which I was hoping to atleast be Dennis Leary)
There are several music videos on New Grounds that can keep a good style, animation, and entertainment consistent throughout the whole toon. People keep my attention and respect with those toons (like the Tribute to The Maxx) by having events actually happen in the video.
I'm not sure if you're the same guy whom submitted "Asshole" and another toon that was similar, but.. you need to come up with original material. By just makng a trippy background that gives people epilepsy and a 1 minute job character, then taking an entire song that YOU think is funny and letting it sit there, you do not accomplish a masterpiece. In any actuality, I'd say you're stealing the artists work and claiming it yours with your animation, because their practically isn't an animation!
I can't even suggest to you what to do in further animations because I don't know how good you are at it. I'll have to take a look at your other toons, you can expect my reviews on them.
