“My Landlord The Devil” © 2002
The sitcom is about the Devil (i.e. The Grand Poohbah of Darkness) who has been cursed by God and as a suitable punishment has been cast out to Hell’s Kitchen New York City. He has been reduced to being a landlord / janitor for a low rent apartment complex, private hell of his own with rent control. There are over 30 fully developed varied characters in this apartment complex / hell. The main foil to the devil is his newest tenant, George Bedeviled. This likeable guy has had a number of unfortunate incidents, which has led him to living in an apartment (suitably numbered 667), which unfortunately resides below the Devil’s apartment (i.e. Hell) and is worse yet, the actual gateway to Hell. As you can imagine, hijinks will ensue as a normal American young man comes face to face with the actual smoke and brimstone breathing Lucifer i.e. Satan. Not your normal everyday landlord tenant situation, though we’ve all had a landlord that seems he might be related to the red caped dark master. Hmmm…. Maybe…. Just maybe, nah there’s only one landlord that is the actual Devil and we have him. He lives like a standard slumlord in a lavish apartment with all the luxuries a demonic master could want, while poor George lives in a hellish squalor. Imagine trying to get your landlord to fix your toilet, when your landlord happens to be the Devil.

This is the starting place for an endless series of hilarious misadventures as the neither Satan nor George ever seem to get ahead or just escape the everyday torments of a New York apartment in Hell. This is not your normal sitcom and with the metaphysical elements of this universe, pretty much anything we want to happen—can and usually does occur.

it wasnt very good...

i think u cood have done better there boofs u know like put some sound in there n all but it wasnt good or it wasnt bad so ill give u a 2/5

dont ever watch this movie

This is crap. Plain and simple.

You have potential.

I chuckled. It was nice. I'm not really into animation besides what's on Cartoon Network, but I'd like to give a positive opinion. As everyone else claims, the sound quality can be improved. It's okay that one episode doesn't blend in to another, but perhaps there could be a plot to each single episode (the 3rd was better as far as that goes)? They could be longer by perhaps adding some more words/vocals/script/whatever to it which would also make it more enjoyable to listen to (not that it was all that bad to begin with). More color would be nice and a bit more movement in the characters. It takes a little time to get better at things and maybe a different perspective would help. I laughed and apparently it was worth writing about. Also, don't advertise Boofs.com at Boofs.com. We're already there. Kind of silly, don't you think?

((( LOL )))

Well i like the art as it has detail like the colors and eyes and what not, needs more backround, and most of all needs music or sound/FX, kinda funny though from the text...
