An ode to one of my favorite animes, fist of the north star. I had came on to newgrounds to see if the idea was done before, but everything i saw was kinda.... crappy, not saying that mine is all that great, it is my first flash on newgrounds, every picture was hand drawn, and audio was takin directly from the movie, besides the main background song which is from the Animatrix~Martenot Waves. Anyways, I hope you enjoy this, it took a while to finish. It's supposed to be a movie trailer for a movie that is already out =) Enjoy!
oh... and it's an English dub so it's ok for the mouths and voices to be messed up... right???
The drawings of characters from hokuto no ken are lifted directly from the anime itself.
I would have rather seen an interruption of the characters using your art style.
The blur effects used for ken shiro's lightening speeding punches looked kinda cool; However, that extra detail using bitmaps might cause lag on other computers.
Thinking ways around computer slowdown while still maintaining your desired polished look is a difficult balance to strike.
The mouth movements of the characters look completely wrong but it works here because it is an imaginary trailer to an english dub of a foreign show.
This is a solid tribute to fist of the fist of the north star.

The only thing wrong was Reis cloths where Green, not blue.

ok ....first i wanna say, i always loved fist of the north start...i still do, but i can see in you're movie...you're drawings are very GOOD, only problem is,..those white...stuff around it,..is a bog problem,..maybe u dont know where i'm talking about....but you save you're pics as... ''punch.gif'', no, thats not good,..you have to save it as...
