This cartoon involves a stoner goat named goaty and his ever wandering mind. I don't know why I decided to base the subject of the toon around obese babies, maybe it's because their fat rolls remind me of the mechelin tire man. That sort of thing makes me think deep thoughts. Yeah....like if the tire man takes off his tires, does he cease to exist or is he like uh, invisible like a ghost. Like, wow....
