Basically Mario Eats a magic mushroom and gets stoned and does stuff. It's not very good.
In fact, I really hate it. I was so young.

Mario didn't look stoned at all, SOOO not stoned, it looked like he ate a lot of candy and got sugar rushed. The graphics are shit, the colors are extremly distracting, possibly seizure inducing. Where's the fun in taking a song by RBF called " Super Mario Theme song," And using it in a Mario flash?! *ps* I gave the humor a 10 beacuse it was so painful and horrible to watch it was extremly laughable.

Oh, man I hated this. It was so stupid! The animation was crap and the colors were so distracting they could give you epilepsy, even for a drugs cartoon. The only good thing I could even possibly attempt to put positive re-enforcement to is the sound, which (apart from Reel Big Fish, who may be the best ska band ever) wasn't that great anyway! Work on it, please.
