This is my tribute to the world's two coolest hedgehogs.

It took 3.5 months to do this and I am extremely pleased with the results. This is by far the best flash movie I have ever created and I hope to continue improving. Sorry about the filesize, but I guarantee it will be worth the wait. This is a frame by frame movie (roughly about 6 minutes in length) which I worked on very hard. So please take the time to load it up and watch it. ENJOY!

This is my childhood man! This animation has stayed in my mind ever since I first saw it. Something about it just resinates with me, sonic and shadow can look off at times but other than that I think it still holds up. I also have this to thank for introducing me to the guilty gear ost.

For the love of god this is so really nostalgic :D .

This animation is 20 years old now. Remember watching it for the first time back in 2004, Still holds up today. God, I feel old.

Back in 2006, I mistaken this for a full episode of Sonic X & it was my first exposure to Newgrounds.

What I think about this Sonic related flash short nowadays? I honestly think the animation could've use some improvements such as not relying on tracing screenshots or concept art from Sonic X, making sure the character's proportions are on-model at least, improving the waving quill physics (plus Sonic & Shadow should have six quills on the back of their heads), & improving the backgrounds by not heavily rely on gradient effects & trying to use different art tools that work best for you.

I remember watching this as a kid.
