Your actual animation was lacking, but the characters weren't bad for hand-drawn. My only question is, if it's just a test, why post it here?

That said, some pointers:
1. You build up too long. You're suffering from the DBZ affliction
2. The beginning of a flash should draw my attention, not make me wonder if it's actually a flash or just a tree
3. You need serious work on your sound effects. SERIOUSLY.

the tree blowing was kinda cool, but you had it blowing for to long, and the only sound for the entire rest of the movie was the blowing wind, what is up with that. But the animation was pretty good. Could have been a little longer fighting scene for the length of the movie

Ninjai had a plot, this is just a tree blowing. It's cool, but it isn't the Ninjai Trailer.
