As it's caused so much confusion, I'd just like to say that, yes - the subtitle is sarcastic, making fun of how utterly ridiculous the animation is.

The cartoon is being entered to Manchester's Animation 11, which has the guildline of a 1 Minute length - hence why it's so short!

That was strangely amusing.
People here are way too light
I do believe title was satirical and sarcastic, but the toon goes for humor, but the ambiguous and cliche flash often trips over itself, preventing it from become a true classic, or indeed, even memorable.
