The cartoon is being entered to Manchester's Animation 11, which has the guildline of a 1 Minute length - hence why it's so short!

I didn't really like this, The music and animation was good but I just didn't really get it, it was not clear what he was trying to do, was he just making ripples or trying to splash to the moon. I gave it a ten because alot of other people liked it but i just didn't get it but maybe thats just me
