Nice work!

Thank you for reminding me of how great the old Sonic games were. Now I've got to play them again!

Well...

All of you have to understand Sonic in itself isn't much to work with. It pretty much sucks just like Mega Man. Doing a Sonic sprite flash.. I'd say you did an ok job. I don't regret watching it like the Foamy 1-frame flash (was it a flash..? no one knows for sure). I think with more work/time you could really get these mindless Blam'ers to get into it a little more. Nice job.

Not bad...

I have seen better sprite animations, but this one was ok and fit well with the music that was chosen for this animation. The only drawback was the fact that this animation was too simple, usually adding a more complex plot helps to improve a flash and makes it more interesting.

As for those who complain about the physics in the animation: This is based on a video game, and most video games do not properly follow the laws of physics to begin with. Stop overanalyzing things and enjoy them for what they are, an art form.

actaully i think the metal sonic was in sonic 2 for the genesis first... however i really think its cool how you had the song synched with the flash, having them end at the same time. dont listen to ppl who just want to be asses, this wasnt that bad...for a sprite flash. ^^

It was decent... Better then some of the nasty reviews you've been getting from wierdos that think they are so old skewl pwnage.

Yeah anyways the song was good but the attacking animations were kinda lame. Like when sonic was fighting robotnik he just whized in a straight line in differen't directions. Robotnik didn't even flash to signify the damage. I'm feeling generous today so I'll hand out a seven for effort and the fact that I generally like sprite animations.
