Welcome to my Terms of Services, I look forward to working with you. I’m not the most professional person when typing these sorts of things up but as a Freelance Artist I’m happy and honored to take your ideas and concepts and make it a reality!

CUSTOMER SATISFACTION

 ✦ I take much pride in my work and skill, It’s my goal to make sure you feel the same.

 ✦ I’ll be Happy to do provide additional files like PSD/CSP and Timelapses (must request it beforehand).

 ✦ Communication is important, It’s my job to keep you updated incase of any events/delays arise.

 ✦ It’s literally my life goal to finish your commission once paid (or I will die).

GENERAL GUIDELINES

 ✦ I retain the rights to my artwork, such as to distribute, reproduce, or use to as a sample for sales or self promotion.

 ✦ Do not use my artwork for NFTS or to feed any AI generator bullshit.

 ✦ I will refuse your commission if i do not feel comfortable working with you or your concepts.

 ✦ My works come out better the more Artistic Freedom I am given, ofcourse I will still keep in mind what you want.

 ✦ Interaction and communication must stay professional and respectful please.

 ✦ You must fill out a COMMISSION FORM first. (Do not DM me asking for a commission)

 ✦ After review (within 24 hours), I will send you a quoted price. 

 ✦  I will contact you to confirm payment (Email or Discord).

 ✦  You will be added to my QUEUE, once started I will be sending you Works in Progresses.

If you are curious about other art such as emotes/ emojis, logo design, or pixel art, prices can be negotiated, no base prices/ proper phases since I haven't done enough pieces to feel confident to provide as a service, but if you want it that bad, let me know then! 

REGARDING REVISIONS

When showing Works in Progress I can understand wanting edits/ fixes done to your liking, but too much can become overwhelming.

✦ You are given 3 free edits to use during any WIP’s phase.

Once used up you will be charged extra for any edits/ changes wanted.

✦ $5 per extra edits during sketch phase.

 ✦ $25 per extra edits after the sketch phase.

CUSTOMER USE AND RIGHTS

 CUSTOMER USE

 ✦ You are allowed to distribute the artwork on other Platforms/ Socials/ Sites with Proper Credit to me.

 ✦ You may print the artwork for personal use only.

 ✦ Noncommercial use only,  Reproducing/ using my artwork for commercial use without my consent or knowledge unless paid for is prohibited.

 ✦ You may alter, transform, or build on my work. If only given permission and used for personal/ fair use.

 ✦ You may not claim my artwork as your own and remove any signatures/ watermarks.

RIGHTS RATES

 ✦ Free of Charge if use for Personal Use.

 ✦ Private Rights will cost an Extra 25% off the final price of the commission.

 ✦ Commercial Use prices can be Negotiated depending on how it will be used.

DELIVERY TIME

 ✦ ETA/ Turnarounds can be estimated around to 1 Week - 6 Months once the commission has begun to be worked on. Keep track of the queue on when I will start working on your commission.

 ✦ You will be informed of any delays!

 ✦ Delays may occur due to reasons such as: Complexity, Lack of Communication, Physical or Mental Health, Personal Life Issues and Late Payment Plan Payments. 

 ✦ I ask to be very patient with me, I do have early stage carpal tunnel and would need to take breaks in between commissions to recover.

 ✦ I do take mental breaks between commissions to work on my personal works, please understand art is both my profession and Passion/ Hobby/ Therapy and would like to be able to take the time to work on my own projects.

 ✦ Clients can pay to have their commission prioritized if you’d like to have your commission done sooner. (view Comm price sheet). 

REFUNDS/ CANCELATIONS

 ✦ No Refunds can be done after the Sketch has been made and approved by the client.

 ✦ If for some reason I am unable to finish your commission I will give you a full refund (might have to wait till I can gather the funds).

 ✦ If for some reason during the collaboration either myself or yourself is no longer comfortable working with each other and is canceled, I will only refund half of what the commission was paid for (this is of course after the sketch phase).

Waiting Time

Day of payment - 1 month (Will update each client personally if there's any delays)

Commission Rules

By purchasing a commission, you automatically agree to the following:

1. The prices are set in stone unless I see a reason to raise it due to the complexity of the piece.
2. Please be sure to use USD only. If you're converting from your native currency, Please be sure to pay the full price.
3. For commissions regarding fanart or OCs, please be sure to provide clear reference images. Getting the correct colors is very important to me.
4. You may use the commissions for personal use, so long as you credit me as the creator.
5. You may not use the commissions for personal gain, whether that be merch, prints, etc.
6. I have the right to decline commissions. If I do so, do not send in money and expect a product. I will return the money and potentially block you from future purchases if you do so.
7. Any and all commissions are not to be used for commercial purposes unless both parties agree upon it. If you wish to do so, ask before you do and respect my decision if I decline.
8. I retain all rights to my artwork. That means that I can use them in a portfolio and post them on social media, however I will be sure to tag you on said platform if you ask me to do so during consultation.
9. I will send you a WIP and ask you if you want any changes before I begin coloring and linework. If you do not specify what you want changed, later changes may not be accommodated.
10. When paying, be 100% sure that you want the commission since there will be NO refunds. If you fail to provide payment because you are not happy with the results you will be blacklisted. I would appreciate it if you tell me ahead of time that you are unhappy with the product during the sketching period to avoid wasting the time of both parties.
11. In order to get a commission started, the minimum payment has to be at least 50% of the commission total. If you want to pay only after you receive the product, kindly look for another artist to commission.
12. Partial up-front payments MUST be made within 24 hours of ordering or you will be moved to a lower priority in my queue and the next person in line will be focused on first.
13. I will add a watermark to every commission to show I made it. There is no compromising, and if the watermark is removed and the image is posted without it I will have it removed.
14. Please be sure to tag me or link my profile if you post the image on any site for proper crediting.
