Looking for a Flash Animator

Hello. I run battle royal simulations.

The first job is easy! You'll notice most of the ladies above, who spoke during the intro, had special idle animations. I'd like you to draw one of them with her arms crossed to vaguely match her dialogue portrait. This should be only one frame (not even that) maybe with a couple more to transfer to her fighting stance.

Therefore I'll pay £10 or so, depending on any extras you want to include AND hire you for anything else that might come up (I tend to get carried away with this sort of thing if it wasn't obvious ^^^^^).
