Well there's always the solution that: when you're within minutes of dying, get into a gunfight, or blow yourself up.

a couple people i knew died from pneumonia... one like a year ago and another a couple weeks ago. Pretty serious stuff.

He obviously has no other choice. He has no family of friends willing to help him to get the treatment he'd need to cure his pneumonia.
If you really are sick, than try to rest and keep in there. Maybe go to a free clinic or something and see what they can do. Younger people aren't supposed to ge Pneumonia, but I've had it before. Go to a hospital and don't die, okay?

first im not that young, ive lived a crappy life second: Antibiotics aren't a factor, my lungs are filling up with mucas, it has to be removed so im going to a good hospital beacause this small town doesn't have the right equipment
