I have been posting here somewhat consitently for over 3 years, and I still don't even have 2,000 posts. Actually I should have over 2,000 posts, but because of various glitches/thread deletions, I believe I have lost around 400 posts. But yeah, I don't think I will be getting 10k posts anytime soon. But 10k EXP is not too far off for me.

I got the majority of my posts in the past few months... like.. 3,000 of my 4,000 are in the last year, and most of that 3,000 is from the middle of the year to now. I used to hardly ever post here before that, and only in a few topics.

it takes me 4 or 5 days to post as much as i used to in 1 day (or less).my blam/saves are coming along nicely. it is a slow climb to the blam/saves top 50 list. hey looking at the list, I beleive it will be not to long till fixit is at the top of the list("man cannot beat change, beleive me I've tried", Paul Bunyan).

but if you mean WIHT, there's way more mention of reviews on this forum nowadays than there used to be months ago, before jon made the Reviewer List.

It's not THAT slow a climb to the b/p top 50 list. I started blamming and saving in mid January, and I made the list by the end of March. About 10 weeks.

Granted, most people don't b/p as much as I do, and even if you do, the list cuts off above 7000 now instead of 4200 like it did in March when I got on it, but... still, if you put your mind to it, 3 months or so is all it takes to go from 0 to the list.

The exp list is a lot slower.

Probably would take 10 years to go from 0 exp to the list right now, and that's assuming that people will continue to burn out on depositing as they have up to now, and the entire 50 people in the top 50 don't decide to deposit every day for 10 years, in which case everyone else is screwed.

no, I started with format's last update, I made shortcuts to all the people around me (he had a page with 50-100, not just the top 50 alone).

Every few days, I check and rename the shortcuts. I just made a screenshot. You can't see the names of the users each profile is for (the 3900 one is me, though) due to NG's 400 pixel width limitation, but the data's the important part.

Each time I update, I open the shortcut to the profile, and I note the post number. I close the profile, and I put the new postcount at the very left of the postcount list. IOW, the leftmost of those 4-digit numbers to the RIGHT of the dash and to the LEFT of the Personal Profile gfoxcook and so forth.

Once I've finished doing that for everyone (I keep track of about 30 people), then I update the rank of everyone just visually looking at the new postcounts. for instance, the bottom person in this pic stayed at #61, but #60 and #59 swapped, since the guy who got passed stayed at 3750 but the other guy jumped from 3726 to 3782. Clear enough?

Once the filenames get too long, I make a new folder, copy and paste all the profiles over, and next time I do an update, I crop out all of the ranks and all of the postcounts except the most recent.

When I finish renaming the shortcuts with the current ranks, BTW, all I have to do is hit F5 to refresh the folder and everyone goes into proper order.

About an hour and a half, while being distracted by the TV. Not too shabby, I suppose.

Three new additions to the list. _lightning_ and YoinKio from the top 50 b/p list and Icarus32 from the top 50 exp list. No new 10,000+ posters.

I've reflected movement up and down the list. Keep in mind that while the three new additions certainly had more than 10,000 combo points PRIOR to qualifying for the list, I'm not taking that to mean that they should enter the lists at those spots and thus the people below that don't lose spots. Everyone enters the list from the bottom, even if they go from 9999 / 9999 / 9999 (29997) to 10,000 in all three stats.

So, as a result, Yoink and lightning pushed 37 people down 2 spots. And Icarus pushed 10 people down an extra spot. Bringing the total people on the list up from 60 to 63.

Additionally, I've marked people who have more than 1 stat above 10,000 with boldface names. ENJOY.

"bed-unn-ing" is closest to what I was thinking (bedn-enn-ing) so it's either one of those.
