Brand new submissions that are "Under Review" (grayed) can be "Blammed" by voting 0 or 1, or "Protected" by voting 2 or above. If the movie goes the direction you voted, you get a point.

Heard about some 200 votes limit...but how long does it take before it is blamed or protected...that is not grayed any more??????

At present, a movie has to reach certain "quality control" limits at 100, 125 and 150 votes. If it fails at any of these points, it is blammed. If it passes all those points, it is protected. That 150 will increase to 200 once the movies in the Voters Needed! link in your secrets (if you have it) disappear.
