Here is this thing that I have started doing
Basically, it's a fairly simple and easy plan designed to get you in good enough shape to do 100 consecutive pushups. I'd never gotten around to doing this because I kept forgetting to train for periods of time, but this way I don't even have to think about it, I just have to do what the internet tells me.
Anyway, I figured since a lot of you spend too much time on the internets anyway, this might be something you could do that's actually worthwhile.
So here's what you do in this topic:
1) Say you're gonna do the thing
2) Do the thing
Optional: Provide some updates on how the thing is going.
Now, let's all stop being such wusses and actually do a thing.
