Well, I haven't really posted much of my drawings on this board, so here we go.
This first one is a picture of an (incomplete) ogre, from a Quake fan comic, I was working on ages ago.
BTW, these pictures have been taken with a fucking camera....

His facial features are very exaggerated, lulz.

How by any chance it broke? It's rare for scanners to break. Unless you course bang the scanner for anything you put on it.

He's actually getting the network connection from the scanner to my computer to work properly. My scanner is on the other side of my house. It's not really a problem, he's just doing some configuration to the network.
Tl;DR: Nothing's broken, just needs reconfiguration.
