FLVPlayback components have a volume property. Set that between 0 and 1.
This kind of thing can be found pretty easily in flash's help.

It's not a command, it's in the components window, which can be found in window i think. If not look for it.

I know but I want it to change multiple times in the flash so I need actionscript to do it.
I think you can use a Sound object on the Video instance. Look at the reference docs.
