Hey. How many people have to suggest a film for a collection, to make it go to the collection.

Depends how many people have suggested the flash already on then "Most popular recommendations for this collection" list, though I'm not sure of the number, it doesn't go stright into the collection with any amount of votes, just suggested for it and then it may then be added by an admin.
Sometimes flash get collection without users having to suggest them, but those are usually the ones that are quite populare or some such.

Usually admins are made aware of the large, popular series submissions and they will add them to the collection as soon as it passes judgement.
That, and if an admin is on and sees a submission that should be in a collection, they can just add it there.
