Also around what dates did that occur?

You mean when it started? That'd be almost impossible to find out. It is too hard to trace it back to it's origins.

It was deffinatly somewhere at the end of the summer of ´07.
This submission was submitted on the 3rd of September ´07. If you search for topics about the teddy chain reviews, you´ll see that a lot of topics were created somewhere halfway in September.
