Nice shading too.

I always have wanted to ask something... Do you use a mouse, or do you use a tablet?

I use a mouse to draw, why?
I discovered something this morning, I tried to draw a stick and....... I CANT DRAW THEM ANYMORE!
Here is the sad outcome.

Real nice muscle definition on that. However, the shading is a little odd. First of all it is a little to shiny for being skin, to much light seems to be reflected. And it's also very uniform, looks like tons of identical spotlights are focused on every elevation on his body. You need to have some variation on the lightning. And for green colors I would suggest using a darker base color, light green colors seems a little washed out (I'm guessing this isn't just my color blindness). Another suggestion would be to mix in some yellow in there.
Is that a highlight in his armpit btw?
Anyway this is a very nice thread.
pretty good; BUT the lips look like they belong to a grandma

nice to see another good flash artist. I dont have a tablet iether.
A drawing I made for the first CAP.
The theme was fantasy.
Please give me a thoughtful and detailed response on why you prefer MS Paint. I see no advantages, and the drawings all look rough and coarse. If you can afford Photoshop, you should get it. Tablets are pretty cheap these days, especially the Wacom Bamboo. The las drawing is pretty awesome, I have to admit.

Personally, that's what I like about MS Paint
Anyway, ngmastah, that last one is swell.
You've got a real nack for those artificial bodies.

I'm obsessed with smoothness. I do my drawings at ~300 dpi, so the lines stay crisp and smooth even at %600 zoom levels. I once actually redid a drawing completely because it wasn't smooth enough.

I prefer MS paint because it is a simple program, the tools are easy and my mouse moves very precisely when I zoom in, Its hard to explain but when I use MS paint it has a certain feel to it that neither flash nor photoshop posses. I like the unsmoothness as it gives a good feel, texture, and detail to my drawings.
Im not poor, I have both Photoshop and Flash cs3, I absolutely hate Photoshop the poorly anti-aliased lines make it a terrible art program to use, On the other hand Photoshop is a good and ideal way of painting.
Flash, well that has much more difference than Photoshop, or MS paint because it smoothens the lines for you, this is definetly a good tool to use, how ever I never know how a line is going to turn up, will it become thin with gaps? Or too large?
So there you go, my view on the Photoshop, Flash, And MS paint.
A steam punk style spider thing.
Im planning to colour it.
Alright, laying out the basic colours for the drawing...
Absolutely love your work! It's a nice cross between absurdism and fantasy. Keep this up and for the love of god, never make an MS Paint picture again, it ruins your potential :D

Heres a munny I was gonna enter into luis's contest, it was never finished....
Good job on these pictures. Your MS Paint drawings are probably better than my Photoshop drawings. Keep up the good work.

thats sick man.
Beautiful work, it'd be fuckin' awesome if you didn't give the Hulk shorts, and I'm being serious. How could someone who expands heaps keep his shorts? It makes no sense.

It was intended to be a childrens show a long time ago, because if the pants were gone it would show his "boys."
