Some of the inapropriate stuff on Newgrounds is really accessible. No need to create an account that has the date of birth as 18 or over, for example.

But at the same time, any form of Net block will protect kids. So we've got it out there, but people can stop their kids from viewing it. And any kid who WOULD be young enough to be affected should be supervised. My 6-year-old brother goes on Newgrounds the funny videos, and I just check the ratings to make sure he doesn't watch anything not rated general. But I wouldn't let him browse it on his own - the net's risky.
