Problem with site intro

So I finally finished with a website intro for a client. They put it up on the site but it will not play correctly. I have provided a link to the website. Please tell me what you think the problem may be. The web programmer says its because the server cant access the video files that I used in the background.

However, your intro.html is redirecting me to http://loadthebar.com/NaN, in case you didn't know.

I looked at the index.html source, and it looks like you need to fix the flash embed code.
