No, if you do not want your account. Change the password and email to something jibberish and you want remember and just never come back.
You really do not want to cause the admins or mods pain in having to correct an attack just so you want your account gone.
However, regarding your opinions, there are rules that all of us go by, and your userpage has even less restrictions. You must know that this is a private website, and having an account is a privilege, not a right. So what you post can be restricted at anytime.

Former spammer SevenStar was deleted for posting child pornography on the Forums, so it seems that illegal actions will get one's account deleted. Or you can just discuss such taboo subjects as piracy, hacking, or other illegal actions multiple times. Or just do it once, create an alt account, and start posting with it. That should get your account, and all alternate accounts you may or may not have, deleted.
