2/10, because I can tell what it's supposed to be. It's not very good at all. Just because it's your style doesn't mean it's pleasing to the eye.
Also, MSPaint isn't that great a program, which I'm guessing is what you're using.

Eeeeagh. That second picture is terrible. Seriously, I don't care if being intentionally "messy" is your style or not, it looks really bad.
Work on your anatomy, brush control, colouring and well . . everything, actually.
