Tips:

1) Go mostly for counterattacks. If he kicks at you, use his extended leg to get him on the ground. If you catch it, fatass is gonna fall for sure. Once he's on the ground, well...

2) Aim for the weak areas: temples, testicles (though some people might find it cheap, it's up to you how dirty you want to fight), and biceps/thighs to weaken his punches/kicks. Also, you can try to knock the wind out of him by an accurate strike to the throat or lungs. If he's got no oxygen, his energy will fall flat in seconds.

3) If he grabs you (lol) and tries to throw/pull you to the ground, have the reflexes to counter it and use both of your weight and momentum against him. His biggest advantage over you is surely his weight - don't let him know and use that.

4) Bust him in the nose even once (doesn't have to be that hard, either), and his eyes will water up. This will seriously mess up his vision and focus, which will put him at a disadvantage. For your own sake of this effect, don't let him do this to you.

5) Have a friend videotape it and PM it to me! :D

6) Unless he takes his blackbelt practice very, very seriously (trains everyday for the past 3 years), you don't have to worry about his martial arts skill. He probably just does it for the sake of trying to intimidate people, like a hobby or something. Besides, fatboy is clearly not in the proper shape to be a REAL blackbelt fighter.

7) Another dirty way to fight; bring or hide a weapon to/at the fight. No, not a knife or gun, but maybe some kind of club or blunt object.

8) If there are any, stick to the walls. You can use it to defend yourself well, or to block his withdrawel while you pummel him. Albiet the fight won't really require this though - a quick tussle and he'll be your bitch.
