Help Photoshop My Icon Please!

Hi i need some help making this Icon look better. I have Photo shop but im still not that good yet :( and i wanted to make this icon look a lot better for a team im on.

I was trying to make it have kind of a Black main background color with red and dark blue striped waves. As for the wolf head i wanted to make it do something like have it fade in and then fade out about every 5 seconds or maybe make the eyes glow a bright red and then go back to normal. Then i wanted change to an all black back ground with the word "Nightmare" in Dark Blue letters.

Heres the color plan i would like only with out the white as well as the fade/glow idea i was talking about.

If anyone could help do this for em that would be so great i know its kind of a lot to ask since im new here but you guys are my last hope :(

Well, since you're new, I'll let you in on a little secret.

You can ask someone to help photoshop something for you, but you need to give a larger, high quality base image. Otherwise the topic gets deleted, which this one will very soon. You cannot hold any contests or offer any money unless you validify it with one of the mods, particularly MindChamber, he's kinda the gatekeeper of the Art Forum. Photoshop requests have been mostly moved from the General forum to the Art forum a while ago, so don't repost this topic there.

Oh ok thank you. read the rules last night but i guess i didnt read them all that well lol. I dont have a better or bigger pic of my image cause i got it from a member of my team. So i guess im out of luck :( but ty for letting me know so i dont get band.

Locked indeed. Your picture wasn't original, obviously. It's too small to work with and, well, we do not do requests in the art forum.

What you CAN do is draw up something that is essentially the design you want to use and let people critique it so that you can improve it.
