After putting in a lot of artwork to the NG BBS, I've decided to dedicate a few megabytes of the NG servers to myself and the artwork I make on my own time. In this will be some doodles from my schoolbooks, bountiful around the end of the school year, and mostly photoshop/wacom work. Ratings are welcome, but try not to take the 'constructive' away from the 'criticism.' I know I'm not DaVinci, there's no need in reminding me.
To kick it off, I'm putting up the embodiment of my fun little daydream world, the logo of the IBx Mercenaries. The girl is based on an emblem from the game, Armored Core 4, but with much of it as original work. The story behind this is set well into the future, maybe around 2500, when as a human race, we've discovered ways to travel faster than light, and have colonized many distant planets, complete with corruption and crime. I, after developing the first superlight speed vehicle available to the general public, design and engineer 9 large vehicles and gather 8 of the known universe's best pilots for underwater, surface, air, and space. With me as x1, the top ranked being x1 through x3, and x4 through x9, we take these 9 huge trucks together and form a mercenary team, with plenty of funding from literally everyone buying my vehicles. There's much more of a story, but let's get to the art.
