Endorphins. Not only are they an excellent high, but they're completely natural; your body's own reward system.
A good way to release a bunch of endorphins is long distance running. You'll get what's known as "runner's high." Really, any prolonged aerobic exercise will do.

Well the quickest legal high is to bend down, breathe in and out quickly for 30 seconds, then sit up quickly and hold your breath and hold your hands to your jugular veins in your neck with enough pressure to slow blood flow to the brain. Hold your hands their till your vision gets a bit fuzzy and you'll get a weird euphoria and body buzz for around 10 seconds and won't remember anything whatsoever during those 10 seconds.. literally anything.. who you are, where you are, what your feeling, what your doing..... AKA a blowup.

Oh god, I've wondered how people are stupid enough to do inhalants, and I think you answered my question. First off, thats shits not legal. Secondly, that shit is dangerous as hell. Do you know what is happening in your brain to make you high? Brain cells dying. Thats not a side effect of getting high of inhalants, thats the direct effect of doing it, getting high is the side effect. By doing them you are killing your brain for a high. Now Marijuana , the THC (the chemical in Marijuana that gets you high) gets you high by temporarily coating the brain cells in THC, which goes away in about 1 to three weeks, depending on who you ask, although the actual high only lasts about an hour. besides, from what I've heard inhalants give you a shitty high, while weed is a great high with no hangover of any kind.

Oh yeah, I forgot, If your looking for a legal high, nutmeg is a mild hallucinogen (research that before you try it, you can OD if you do to much, and it takes a few hours to kick in). You can also make a drug similar to Marijuana out of bananas, so look that up to.

Nitrous oxide isn't the same as other inhalants. Nitrous oxide has been used by dentists for years as an anesthetic, and it's only when you find trailer trash spraying paint into a plastic bag that you can really describe inhalants the way you do. The main health risk associated with nitrous is vitamin B12 deficiency after extended periods of use, but that can be prevented by taking vitamin supplements.

I was unaware of this. Although I'm pretty sure they put stuff in the ready whip can gas to make you feel sick, or at least thats what someone told me.
