The same thing happened with Popularity a while ago. One of the automated sequences crashed or something. liljim got the Popularity thing fixed a day after people started noticing, so it's logical to assume that you guys might have to do without it for today. Sucks...
LOL 3rd time today I've posted ... none of them are sticking. Anyway, you've probably noticed I decided to skip this morning's mini-update. With the ranks missing, plus it being a 3 hour maintenance day, it simply wasn't worth the effort. whether they show up or not over the next maintenance, I'll get the mini posted in the morning. If they don't, I still have the old lists so that I can at least give a guestimate on people's ranks in those areas where I have missing people.

I havane't seen him on NG for ages now. Usually he posts quite a bit and was aiming to be in the top 50 a few weeks back. As soon as he returns to NG, i'm sure he will move upwards into the top 50.

A few extraneous FYIs about the rankings before I move on:
Seiken is the first user I've actually tracked up into the Elite Guards. The rest of you lot I've more stumbled across while you were already here. He also did me the favor of cementing the ranks. Unless someone snuck in I don't know about, as of this writing, there are 220 Elite Guards ... and I know 183 of them lol Also, Captains range from 221 to 374. There might be more than two people camping out at 1500 and 1501 total BPs, but I doubt it.
As of now, stafffighter needs THREE BPs to become a Master Sergeant. He's been fairly consistent around 70/day so I don't think we'll have to wait to congratulate him the way we did with staphita lol
The firefight for 3rd place continues with a vengeance between TheJoe324 and fixit, but that's actually not why I'm bringing this up. Both of them should become Brigadier Generals well before the weekend is over. When ramagi and Ryo_Hahn got there, it required 19,500 total. This will be our first real test to see if BP rank scaling exists, and is dynamic. Another one to keep an eye on is GuineVir, who has been stalled at 6031 for quite a while. If he suddenly drops from Master Sergeant to Sergeant First Class, you know we've got trouble right her in River City.
Featured User of the Update:
This user was one of the first batch of people I "discovered" after the startup posting in this thread. As usual, I did some digging, which included the fact that they actually make flash in addition to voting on them *gasp* The name gave me pause as I was kind of curious what nit would use a name obviously indicating they are female, along with 666. I was rather surprised to find they were listed as over 18. Sorry bite, but usually it's the younger teenagers who do things like that. The regularity of name changes recently kind of cemented them in my head, as did the constant changes in details. Back in April this person was also rated #1 in popularity, after having been the Toons page's featured artist. Pick any of them, they are all the same account.

At the time x-death was a "Featured Artist, (s)he was still blonde and apparently had an A+ batting average. It's since slipped to a C+ and, after I waded through his (her?) submissions to see what was available, I think I can see why. ~sigh~ Just about everything is video/videogame clips (unattributed) done with commercial songs. If you like DBZ and "wazzup" dbz wazzzzup is worth a look. I'll keep quiet about the rest lol
