Weeklies on Thursday, minis on Saturday and then either Monday or Tuesday depending on my mood Monday morning. That's the goal anyway. Things like my being out of town will preclude some of them, as is the case with this upcoming Saturday. I may eventually hack it down to a mini on Monday and weekly on Thursday. Eventually the list will be so large that I'll have to to retain what little sanity I have left, but that's not an issue for a while yet.

Indeed, just Doughnuts here. America actually has a franchise called 'Dunkin' Donuts' (i think) dedicated to doughtnuts. Over here there is no such thing. Furthermore, our doughnuts are quite plain and boring existing only in the jam or ring variety.

We've got way more than just one donut franchise, man. Krispy Kreme being another example. Shipley's is my fave (more for the kolaches than the donuts, but anyway), but it's a Texan thing, can't get it everywhere.

On it's face, that last one makes no sense. JSonicC has earned no BPs but went up two ranks. Someone got themselves deleted is the only answer I can muster. As to liljim, I could do it, but simply haven't. It's certainly something he could do a lot easier than I. I'd rather not bother him about something that's not even supposed to be posted lol

You'll find that periodically as you go along. There will be sweet spots where people are clustered near the same amount and dry spots where it takes 50+ to simply get to the next person.

Last week's feature was a no-brainer, with ramagi honing in on Supreme Commander. Being a major event, it also required no explanation. Now that we're back to "normal," I can get to the list of people I had in mind. Since this is based upon a rank sheet for the Elite Guards ranked 51 and up, the majority of the featured users will be from that pool of people. Special occasions like last week will occur now and again, but most will be about you folks; a.k.a: I won't be featuring myself anytime this decade, so you can all breathe a sigh of relief (brief pause while the cheering subsides). I'll try to briefly (yeah I know, Ajax, brief, haha) explain why for each. I also thought it would be a good way to feature some of the less well known Favorite Artists and Favorite Flash Movies that people have picked out; try and get those folks' work some more traffic.
This week's FUotW one was pretty much a no-brainer as well. If I don't feature him soon, he won't still be on the list lol The monkey dual-wielding a Glock and Mac-10 has always caught my eye as I skimmed through profiles. Add in the fact that I seem to always be doing his math for him in this thread and he stands out a lot. I did a little digging and it turns out he's the head of the OCP (Obsessive Compulsive Posters) club, which currently has over 6,000 posts in a thread not even 3 months old. Well, at least they're honest =)

muh_not_stooped I had never heard of until now. General stick mayhem and silliness in the Friendless Bob series. Personally, I'm mighty tired of skater flash, but Stick-Free Skate Session is worth a look.
Billyblob (no profile) only has three entries with a very distinctive style, reminiscent of early 60s cartoons. Darwin Bug and E-Tic-et are, well, let's just say odd. Karma Ghost needs to end up in the NG Classics section, if and when they ever make one.
No Remorse by BigLou, whom you might know better for Till Death do us Part. Both are extremely powerful films, and however you felt about Till Death do us Part is most likely how you'll feel about No Remorse. It's kind of interesting to watch the films consecutively and see the evolution of his style in the two years between them. /me wanders off to see if that "#1 Dad" mug is in all his films ...
