i kinda figured it was a preference of the mods to whether they broke the rules or not.

Depends on the content of the review itself. If by nature it's a positive review, then I'll generally leave it. If it's useless / abusive and all-caps, then I'll delete it. I'm pretty sure most mods think along these lines too -- there isn't a different set of review guidelines that each mod goes by y'know. ;P

Bottom line, use your best judgement, or talk to a review mod.

Ugh. People here are complete noobs. Pray tell, what the hell would you achieve if you got a digital picture of a whistle? This is no the point of the whistle system. It was made to ELIMINATE bad reviews, not anticipate more or even create them. I'm glad that this piece of shit was finally removed because that leaves us with lesser shit to tolerate
