Anyone care to explain how i can attempt to terminate/save videos on newgrounds? or do i just give good or bad rating on the scale from 1-5?

You're partly correct. To terminate a submission, vote 0 or 1, to save a submission, vote 2, 3, 4 or 5.
remember u can only blam/save movies that are under judgement, the newest, light grey movies ont he main portal listings... good luck
