The industrial bands I listen to the most are Einstürzende Neubauten and Cabaret Voltaire.

Those are great bands. You're in, although you should broaden your tastes.

And Mindless Self Indulgence, if you count them as Industrial.

Close enough.

I'd love to join :D

You can. Post a lot.

They're a different breed Alex. A different breed.

I suppose you're right about that. However, something fishy is going on.

Not SIT, which according to my best friend, that is attending, is mainly white kids. Like SI, except slightly brighter.

I was reading through my brother's specialty schools booklet and I saw that school. I've never heard of it. Either way, ASIANS DON'T LIVE ON STATEN ISLAND! And if they do, they're Korean.

Chinese girls=nice, but not as cultured and attractive as most Japanese.

Dead on.

Besides, I fit into the Asian stereotype, in which where I am quite and am concerned about school. Plus, the Asian women remind me of Snoopy.

Remind you of Snoopy? ESPLAIN URSELF!

The Koreans are my least favorite of Asians due to their superiority complexions and cold behavior towards whites.

Indeed! I owe ZAAL for helping me make the decision of which albums to get.

You're in, although you should broaden your tastes.

Hence why I joined. I love adding to my musical library.

I'll try. My NG posting is sort of spontaneous.

I think it's time we called each other by our first names, because it's cool, hip, and not at all dangerous.

Idiosyncratic (me)-Alex
ZAAL-Allan
Gendo-Gary
0peth-Zach
D3TANUS-Carl

Righty?

Those are just the names of people I know. I don't know Randominator's or Abyssus's name.

I spent the night at a friends house yesterday. Currently they're having someone painting the walls, and when I woke up this morning, they were listening to some industrial on their boom box. I was going to get up and ask who they were listening to but I was too groggy to get up.

In other news, once I get enough money I'm going to get a Throbbing Gristle album and possibly a Swans album. Any suggestions as to which album(s) I should get?

For TG get 20 Jazz Funk Hits.

For Swans get Filth.

Thanks, alcohol.

"Young God" is now probably my favorite early era Swans song.
