Update #24, the first of April, 2014
Hello protectors. Glad to see my favorite of the two updates unfold again.
Unfortunately for the majority of newgrounds, the flash portal currently has less flash in it than ever before. The reason for this is that it's just not as popular as it used to be. New animators and other submittors of movies and games have been negatively influenced by the amount of stuff that gets blammed. A small group of crosspatches is way too inclined to have stuff that animators worked on hard and long removed from this site.
Because of this I have decided that people who are irascible enough to blam more than three things per day should be removed from this list entirely. I do not want to encourage these people to keep on removing stuff from this site. Blacklisting seems an extreme but necessary thing to do.
I'm sorry if this comes as a surprise to some people who want to be on this list but trust me, it's for the better.

Which I almost forgot but fortunately not really

Anyway, we have two new list entries and a lot of movement in the list so that's nice to see. If you're wondering why you're a spot lower than you should be while not having lost a rank, that's because sumidiotdude has entered the list relatively high and I counted the ranks as if he has always been there so the list isn't cluttered with -1's. This looks prettier, and I'm all for prettiness. It's also pretty to not see the blacklisted users anymore. I hope I scared some of you with it last month.
