I just uploaded a new flash movie and I cant find the movie anywhere! I search for it, I look in my profile, and in my profile, it says i have no flash movies, and someone else says they saw it. Pleas help me

It means that your movie did not meet the portal requirements (either it was stolen, abusive, or was so bad that the score dropped below the minimum allowed.)

Take a look at the FAQ. When you submit an animation, users on the site view it and vote a score from 0-5 depending on what they think it deserves. With their votes, they can save it, which keeps it on the site, or blam it, which deletes it.
From the FAQ:
Movies are (currently) deleted if they fall below the listed score at the listed number of votes:
100 votes - 1.0
150 votes - 1.25
200 votes - 1.60
