i know i hated him after titanic. so much wussy 'rose!' bullshit. for fuck's sake, drown already.

but then i saw him in catch me if you can. pretty good, i was surprised.

then came the aviator. i thought he was alright, but i got bored.

then came the departed. fucking awesome film. and he was the best actor in it. way better than nicholson or martin sheen. i was pwned by his 1337 acting lol.

and now i've come to reassess leonardo dicaprio. perhaps he isn't the whinging little fuck we've seen in titanic and the beach. i think he's actually genuinely a great actor.

i know, i know, WTF.

In terms of the movie "Catch Me If You Can" I think he just sort of tricks you into thinking he's good because everyone else around him is.

I enjoyed that movie though. I usually thumbs up anything with Tom Hanks in it.

He's gotten much better as an actor, who actually relies on talent instead of a 12 year old pre-pubescent girl fan-base. Catch me If you Can was a great movie. Can't wait to see the Departed.
