Lol, it acually takes a special program. One of these should help:
-Fireworks
-Flash
-Photoshop
-(Some other programs that are good with frames and stuff.)
And those programs would be the only way to animate stuff. And Its A bummer Windows doesnt come with anything. But yah, each of those programs has a differant way to animate stuff.

I propose we have a competition! A competition for making the best animated GIF in the Art Forum.
-The Rules would be simple, I will give a category of what you need to make, and whoever makes the best GIF wins!
-You must enter a GIF that is yours! If we find that it is stolen, you will be out out of the comp.
-Since I cant realy give out a REALY BIG prize for this competition, for whoever wins gets a special sig graphic for there name emebed on it. ( And it looks realy cool and stuff.)
Signup is simple, just post on this topic "Ill join the competition", And Ill put you up for it.
Comp and telling of the catagory will start on Wed. 9/20/06 and will end Thurs. 9/21/06.
