I think this will benift NG in the long run but it will be tough for NG to start off without a host. Did tom say more responsablity? This may equal a new NG employee.

and your bandwidth could be used elswhere, thats for damn sure, with the anmount of crap being uploaded screened and deleted etc etc...

an extra 2-5 points for clicking on the ad or something.. because people say they will click on the adds, but they will eventually forget. If you have that most people that submit will also go to the link to get those points.

I would gladly pay for a 'premium' grounds gold account. Wade said $39.99 a year (as an idea), which isnt bad AT ALL. Pay accounts would help NG alot, and with a few extras, people WILL pay.
ideas for extras:
-larger post per hour limit or none at all
-extended profile
-extended signature
-name in GG list is different color
-(if possible) paid members get higher priority for downloads(they would load faster)
i dunno, i like this idea. More is better, and im happy to pay for more.
