If you want someone to make a sig for you, post in the Newgrounds Sig Makers.

You can make sigs from any graphics program such as Paint, Photoshop, Fireworks, Gimp, etc.

The signature must fit all of the following criteria:

GIF or JPEG

Max file size: 40 Kb

Min file width: 20 pixels
Max file width: 400 pixels

Max file height: 60 pixels

To set an image as your sig, click 'Account Options', then select 'Forum Signature Pic', click 'Browse...' find the image on your PC, then press 'Submit'.

If after updating your sig, you get the message saying your signature's been changed successfully, but you still see your old signature on the forums, press CTRL+F5 to force a cache reload and you'll see your new sig.
