It's still usable but it's definitely not GOOD to use these days. Same hardware will perform far better on Win10.

Alright, so previously I mentioned here my lack of any shareable desktop on this thread. Recently though I've gone back to an old desktop design. There's two caveats though, it's animated and it would require a massive seizure (and vertigo) warning. It comes with my device as, and I quote, "a way to protect you from spies with the power of Electric Soldier Porygon flying over a high definition canyon which will stop device spies FBI style".

With that said... would there be any issue?
