I may be outspoken on Canada, but i want to hear from others what they think on Canada. Steven Harper? Quebec and the Bloc Quebecois? Angry westerners? Come round here.

Watashi wa kanadajin desu.
I only make talk about canada on boards when other people start talking about it, or when I find a major news story.
I live in europe so I don't know much about Kanada, but the first things I thought of was hockey and Terrence and Phillip (South Park). I also admire the landskapes in your country, there are many beautifull places worth of living there :)

canada is for (mainly) librial/socialistists.
librals(and some republicans) who get in the way of smaller goverments PLEASE go there and let the USA return to a land of freedom, where the government cant tell us what to do.

Canadians are known for their manners and attitudes, the lack of racism and crime in our country, and the fact were working on legalizing marijuana while the us is trying to hinder the legal growth in those few states.

I don't believe any race is superior to another, i don't believe it has any affect on mental characteristics so i don't say things based on race.
Even so, muslim isn't an ethnicity its a religion, a religion that quite simply causes pain suffering, discrimination (the muslim in the thread praised Adolf Hitler) and a lot of death.

Is it true that you have good fishing? Because one of my friends is planning on moving there sometime in the near future, and this is one of his main reasons to move to canada (besides the fact that he loves cold weather).

Yes very good fishing, well some of the lakes in Newfoundland have a lot of naturally occurring mercury but that's about it.
Ontario has some of the best fishing in the world.
My opinion toward canadians is generally postive, but my thoughts on this topic starter is that he's a complete asshole.

I like my country, a lot. But I still think that Americans are much more hospitable to us then we are to you.

I know a canadian couple who make the horrendous trip from canada to the UK and then to my lovely little island paradise (haha) every year. And theyre the nicest people i've ever met, i dont think i've ever actually met a canadian i didnt like. The country sounds awsome, the people are on the most part awsome. GO CANADA!

It's like in any major city... But the GTA is actually quite beautiful. Theres less 'ugly' areas then 'nice' ones, but it's always the negative aspects of life that stick out like a sore thumb.
