How do I rip pictures or screenshots from roms?

Where can i find a decent amount of roms for free?
Most emulators have a freeze screen or save screen feature, if not just use the Print screen button on your keyboard.
I don't use Roms that much, but a ZSNES is good for the SNES.
As for Roms, I really can't help you with that, it's really not that safe to post those websites anymore since they started cracking down on the Rom sites, but stay away from the warez sites. Instead try looking for old-skool video game sites, they usually have some Roms.
