I was just looking at the 'Top 50 Blammers/Saviours' and was just wondering, who has the highest voting power on NG. I wasn't sure because it would obviously be someone on an extremely high level and a high rank, but the users page keeps those two statistics separate. Maybe NG should show a page with a mix between highest blams/saves and highest EXP points.
i don't know i think humantarget52 has it

right to estimate it look on the top 50 blammers and savers, then look at the names on the top 50 expirence lists if you seen any user twice hell have a high one due 2 experince+blam and save bonus=power
but then again it might just be ramagi (top blammer/saver)
I've just looked through about 20 profiles and found someone with voting power of: +12.39% which belongs to NemesisM66. If anyone finds anything higher, post it here.
I still recall a topic from General Forum. The topic starter was agent66, and he was happy that he now had the Highest Voting Power because he had just reached Elite Guard Staff Sergeant. However, this joy soon ended as Nemesis66 soon became the next rank (forgot which one). The topic can be seen here.
btw, my voting power is 6.63. Almost purely based on my blam/protection rank.
